1. The service
TidyWand is software for reviewing, grouping and changing mail through providers you connect. It is not an email provider, backup service, legal retention system or guarantee that a third-party provider will accept or preserve an action. You remain responsible for your mailbox, provider account and backups.
2. Your approval and safe use
You must review the sender, destination, count and protected exclusions shown before approving a cleanup or rule. Do not use TidyWand on a mailbox you are not authorised to manage. Do not bypass provider limits or use automation for unlawful messaging, surveillance or deletion.
Routine cleanup is designed to use Trash and restoration evidence. Permanent deletion, where supported, is a separate acknowledged action and cannot be restored by TidyWand. Provider retention rules may remove Trash independently.
3. Provider accounts
You authorise the app to access the provider scopes or credentials you approve. Provider terms, service availability, rate limits, retention, security and account restrictions continue to apply. Removing an inbox clears local data and attempts configured rule and grant cleanup, but you should also verify provider settings when the provider is offline.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. The annual and monthly Pro products renew unless cancelled at least as required by Apple before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in Apple subscription settings. The seven-day Deep Clean Pass is non-renewing, covers manual cleanup for one inbox and begins its access window from the verified purchase date. Current price, tax and period are shown by Apple before confirmation.
Refunds and billing are governed by Apple’s policies. Loss, expiry, refund or revocation of paid access does not erase local action evidence, but paid protection features may pause.
5. Availability and changes
Providers change APIs and authentication requirements. TidyWand may pause an unsafe provider action, change a capability or require reconnection to preserve exact scope and evidence. We may update the app, these terms or paid features, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.
6. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted provider access or perfect classification. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. The App Store seller identity and the consumer law of your country or region apply as shown in Apple’s purchase terms and the App Store listing.
